Description
Our pickled Brussels Sprout Poppers are bathing in a sweet garlic brine, providing a balanced tangy, sour, sweet and savory flavors, all rolled into one. The sprouts are flash-boiled, leaving the tender while retaining their (not mushy). The pickling process involves salting, drying and then soaking the sprouts in apple cider vinegar, along with garlic, sugar, water, and a unique blend of pickling spices.
The result of our caring chefs is a unique and flavorful snack which add a burst of flavor to a variety of dishes. These can be served as a condiment or garnish, and are especially delicious alongside sandwiches, burgers, fish, and or served alongside meats as a tasty and aromatic side dish, or as a topping for mixed green salads.
Our caterers often use Brussels Sprout Poppers as a flavorful addition on charcuterie board. Many people will pair these with Perky Paul’s Jalapeno Cilantro Pesto and added as a balsamic vinegar infusion, or with our Jalapeno Cilantro Olive Oil added to create a balsamic vinegar infusion.
